Breathtaking & airy rooms with very comfortable beds, good aircon, good view. Early check in and late check out.

Bright hotel, clean, EXPERIENCED staff and the beds were comfy. The location was beautiful and wonderful, relatively near a landscaped park. What's more, it was close enough to the Public Garden, Central Square, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Museum of Science, Kenmore Square and Fenway Park, and Harvard Square and Prudential Towers.

Good water pressure, and everything was clean and functional. Free wifi with minimal hassle. A short walk to Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts (but little else).
Poor bathroom ventilation, stuffy without the fan/AC but annoyingly drafty with it on. Not conveniently located. A shuttle is available, but it costs extra and you have to wait a long time for it. Walking is just as quick, and a taxi is much faster (and with two people, the same price as the shuttle).

Everything was excellent, the parking was on site, the room was large and recently renovated. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with breakfast. Thoughtful staff and the location was excellent and stunning. A mini mart and convenience stores were right next door. Easy access to Logan airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

The check in staff were wonderful. One in particular and I should have gotten her name. She helped us get early check in after a long 15 hour drive from North Carolina. She was friendly and showed some compassion. I loved her.
Nothing.

great views but bathroom needs improvement
The view from the room was fine, great to enjoy the sunrise over the river. The breakfast buffet was really good for the price, offering a wide variety and high-quality options.
The bathroom lighting was subpar, making it difficult to get ready in the morning.

Rooms are very clean, and the staff is great.
The Shuttle service. It's $5/ day per person which is fine if it took us to fenway or oceanaire. Someone from the front desk advised it would take us to the Dolphin restaurant. So we tried it the first night we stayed. It was probably one of the worst dining experiences we had. I would not recommend eating there.

The proximity to bu where we were dropping our daughter off for the school year, along with the excellent service from the staff.
The beds were not comfortable and the air conditioner was set to blow directly over our bed, instead of up into the room itself. The price through Booked.net was good, but if we had paid regular price, I wouldn't have been pleased.

Easy to find, reception friendly and helpful, breakfast good and good value, room fine.
Parking was exhorbitantly expensive. The elevators were jerky and seemed to take a long time, although I understand there is a planned replacement program starting soon.

I appreciated the view from my room overlooking the water and the city skyline. The layout was spacious enough for my luggage. I had a great interaction with a staff member. I liked the location, allowing me to explore local spots easily.
The bathroom lighting was not sufficient. I found the breakfast buffet to be pricey compared to other places.
